Key Responsibilities
* To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member
* To maintain a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge, and product knowledge among all team members
* To focus on excellent performances and results based on clear KPIs

* To effectively manage the recruitment process in-store
* To oversee stocktake and ensure stock coordinators are organized and prepared according to our policies and procedures
* To verify timesheets completion
* To ensure merchandising, window display, and team presentation meet our standards
Requirements
* Profound experience in a similar leadership role, with knowledge of customer habits and preferences
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Passion for the brand and the luxury retail industry
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with team members and clients
* Fluency in Italian and English
