Your role
As a Technical Sales Engineer in our Export Sales Division, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with international distributors and customers, providing both technical and commercial support to drive business growth.
After completing in-depth technical training on our products and solutions, your main responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing and developing a portfolio of international distributors and customers
✔ Providing technical and commercial support before and after sales
✔ Handling sales opportunities and responding to customer inquiries
✔ Expanding the company’s presence by building strong business relationships
✔ Processing orders and ensuring smooth sales operations
✔ Representing the company at international trade fairs and visiting customers
The role requires limited international travel for meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
What we are looking for:
Essential Requirements:
- Strong personal ethics and integrity
- A desire to learn and a passion for your work
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales role
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Team
- Availability to work on-site at our Cinisello Balsamo office (MI)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience in the Water or HVACR sectors
- Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
