We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will manage creative and production development and all the communication activities (ATL, BTL and digital activities).Role ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End projects management.BTL materials.Website updates, display campaigns, digital video campaigns, programmatic advertising campaigns, kpi’s monitoring analysis of all the digital marketing activities (SEO, digital analytics).Coordination of resources (creative, production tech team, media, etc) ensuring all activity process according with the agreed deadlines.Oversight of all projects cost estimate.Consistently communication with all agency departments to monitor work-in-progress and manage projects priorities.Constantly provide projects updates to client as appropriate.Communicate consistently with project stakeholders and executives as appropriate, ensuring deliverables are being met by all team members.Skills and expertiseOffline and online process full knowledge;Experience in a client facing, account management role –experience in a comm/adv agency.Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to scale across all levels of the company;Demonstrated experience of providing in depth data analysis on digital advertising campaign performance, both during campaign lifecycle and as post campaign analysis;Experience of using in depth post campaign analysis to recommend future campaign activity changes;Experience of making digital advertising campaign optimization recommendations, based on detailed campaign performance analysis, and implementing these suggestions;Ability to present and communicating key campaign metrics to internal/external stakeholders;Experience of using data analytics to handle objections;Ability to read and go through a media plan;Technical RequirementAdvanced English and local language skills is a must;Experience with Mac Software;Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills;Full knowledge of offline and online Campaigns management;Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing campaigns and SEO activities;Digital Marketing Automation campaigns management and Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge is a nice to have.TPm embraces and celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity.
