Role Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Milan. As a Sales Manager, you will act as the Brand Ambassador, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and leading the team to exceed sales targets. Your role will focus on optimizing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities while fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to the growth of this key boutique, which plays a central role for the brand.
Your Contribution to the Role
* Collaborate with store management to meet sales budgets and elevate the client experience.
* Coordinate Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH) operations to ensure a seamless flow.
* Serve as a role model for sales staff, embodying the values of the brand and setting high standards of excellence.
* Drive sales through expert product knowledge, outstanding service, and effective communication with clients.
* Efficiently execute tasks set by management to align with business goals and customer satisfaction.
* Support and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and enhance their performance through coaching and development.
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
* Assist with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities and monitor sales trends to optimize client engagement.
* Provide feedback to management regarding sales processes, product displays, and client service initiatives.
* Oversee stock management and cash operations as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Team
* Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are considered a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of Client Ceremony and its implementation to enhance the customer experience.
* Expertise in visual merchandising techniques and the ability to drive in-store presentation and displays.
* Proven experience in stock management and efficient operational methods.
* Solid understanding of CRM systems and procedures for fostering client loyalty and retention.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to inspire a team and exceed sales goals.
