What will you do?
* Report directly to the Sales Director and support the execution of sales strategies.
* Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies, ensuring smooth communication and strategic collaboration.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximize business results.
* Identify business opportunities and propose strategic solutions to drive growth.
* Present commercial and marketing strategies to clients and agencies.
* Lead negotiation processes and secure deal closures.
* Oversee campaign management and provide ongoing follow-up to ensure performance.
* Conduct market and competition analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize operational processes.
* Prepare performance reports and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
* Foster long-term partnerships with strategic clients and agencies.
What we ask for:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Advertising, or Marketing.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the digital advertising industry.
* Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, and agency operations.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
* Experience in managing advertising campaigns and working closely with agencies.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales-related tools.
* Native Italian speaker with bilingual proficiency in English.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive process improvements.
