The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the professional haircare market and a proven track record in developing and managing B2B relationships. This role involves overseeing the export strategy, expanding our network of distributors, managing sales, and positioning our products in key European markets.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS, INCLUDING DISTRIBUTORS AND LUXURY HAIRCARE SALONS.
* IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND MARKET TRENDS WITHIN THE PROFESSIONAL HAIRCARE SECTOR ACROSS EUROPE AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO ENTER AND EXPAND IN NEW MARKETS.
* LEAD SALES NEGOTIATIONS, ESTABLISH COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS, AND ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS WHILE ENSURING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CLIENT SATISFACTION.
* WORK CLOSELY WITH THE MARKETING TEAM TO ALIGN BRAND COMMUNICATION, PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES, AND PRODUCT POSITIONING WITH THE NEEDS OF THE LOCAL MARKETS.
* OVERSEERIGH THE EXPORT PROCESS, ENSURING SMOOTH ORDER FULFILLMENT, ADHERENCE TO REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, AND EFFICIENT LOGISTICS.
* TRACK SALES PERFORMANCE, MARKET PENETRATION, AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, GENERATING DETAILED REPORTS AND MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO OPTIMIZE STRATEGIES.
Requirements:
* AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN EXPORT MANAGER, SPECIFICALLY WITHIN THE PROFESSIONAL HAIRCARE SECTOR.
* FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
* EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND WITHIN A TEAM.
* REGULAR TRAVEL ACROSS EUROPE FOR CLIENT MEETINGS, TRADE SHOWS, AND INDUSTRY EVENTS.
* EUROPE-BASED.
