The Energrosso business unit of A1 Solar Kft., ranked #12 on the Financial Times 1000 list (2025), is expanding into the Italian market – and we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge.
We specialize in the B2B wholesale of solar system components, with a growing focus on residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) ESS solutions. We are an official distributor of Deye, and work in close partnership with Huawei, Fox-ESS, Solinteg, Sunova, and Risen .
Your key responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities (partners, product categories, services)
* Find and negotiate with new reseller and installer partners
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis
* Monitor industry trends and prepare market insights and reports
* Provide strategic recommendations on new products and services
* Represent the company at trade fairs and events
* Prepare and follow up on quotations
* Drive B2B sales with commercial partners in Italy
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of B2B business development experience
* Technical mindset and ability to learn about solar technology
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Secondary education completed
* Valid Category B driver’s license and car

* Knowledge of the solar energy or renewables sector
