As part of a globally expanding company, theSales Export Managerwill be responsible for building and consolidating the commercial network in selected foreign markets, managing a portfolio of clients/distributors with abudget of €4-6 million, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Developnew international markets, selecting the best market entry strategy (distributors, agents, direct subsidiaries).
Manage and strengthen relationships with existingdirect customers and distribution partners.
Negotiate and overseecommercial offers, ensuring contract closure and achievement of sales targets.
Monitorforecast and budgeton a monthly/annual basis, aligning the commercial strategy with corporate objectives.
Collaborate withBusiness Unit Managersto develop new product lines and enhance the commercial offering.
Participate ininternational trade fairs and strategic meetings, representing the company in foreign markets.
Key Markets:Germany, South Korea, Poland, and other strategic areas under development.
Budget:€4-6 millionwith significant growth potential.
Travel Requirements:Approx. 50% of working time, with structured business trips to target markets.Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical background:
Degree inEngineeringor equivalent industrial sector experience.
Experience:
Preferably asSales Export Manager, Area Manager, or similar rolesin theindustrial components, machinery, or steel industry.
Language skills:
Fluent Englishis mandatory;
a second language (German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
Results-driven:
Ability todevelop business strategically and negotiate effectively.
