In-depth knowledge of the Italian freight forwarding market and its dynamics
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams

Identify and target potential clients within the designated territory.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Develop strategies to approach potential customers effectively.Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to highlight the value of company services.
Showcase deep product knowledge and the ability to tailor freight forwarding solutions to client needs.Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving issues efficiently.Negotiation and Closing
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure profitable agreements.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term customersCollaboration with Internal Teams:
Work cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
Share client feedback to help improve and innovate service offerings
Participate in weekly and monthly sales team meetings to review performance and pipeline progress.
Submit regular reports as per internal guidelines and schedules
