As a Commerce Consultant, you will work closely with the Retail Media Manager, playing a key role in shaping and growing the Retail Media vertical within the agency. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on cross-European projects, gaining exposure to international best practices and innovations in commerce media. This role requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to engage with media strategists, business partners, and clients, ensuring seamless integration of retail media into broader media plans. You will also contribute to developing new approaches, identifying growth opportunities, and driving innovation in the evolving retail media landscape.

Requirements and Tasks:
1. Develop and execute commerce media strategies across multiple marketplaces, with a strong focus on Amazon (Retail & Media). This includes expertise in Vendor Central and Seller Central, as well as Amazon Advertising (Search and DSP).
2. Provide strategic consultancy to brands, helping them navigate commerce media, digital shelf optimization, and measurement frameworks to maximize performance.
3. Plan, implement, and analyze retail media campaigns, ensuring seamless integration into full-funnel marketing strategies across search, display, and programmatic, being able to present campaign reports during weekly and monthly business review with the clients.
4. Stay updated on the Italian retail media landscape, identifying trends, key players, and emerging opportunities in the market. Have a strong understanding of cross-channel media, including Digital Out of Home (DOOH), proximity marketing, Direct Email Marketing (DEM), and other performance & awareness media solutions. Drive innovation by exploring new retail media formats, audience targeting approaches, and ad tech solutions, while educating clients and internal teams on best practices, platform updates, and industry trends in commerce media.
