ROLE: Store Manager for a Commercial Chain Restaurant in Jesolo
The selected candidate will join an important multinational group in the commercial catering sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire restaurant, becoming part of a professional and at the same time young and dynamic context.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee:
* managing personnel within the establishment, work shifts and training internal resources;
* supervising and verifying the correct application of company procedures and HACCP and Safety norms;
* analyzing costs to ensure the achievement of established objectives and budgets, reporting to the referent in their area.
The selected candidate must be a serious and precise person, empathetic, charismatic, attentive to team needs and guests, with excellent leadership and communication skills, and oriented towards working towards objectives.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing establishments and restaurants, preferably within commercial catering groups, is required.
The contract will be a direct insertion into the company with a fixed-term or open-ended contract directly with the client company.

RAL: commensurate with the candidate's expertise; a rewarding system based on the achievement of company objectives is foreseen.
Working hours: full-time 40 hours per week, split schedule including weekends.
