About the Role
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth and market share across Italy.
Your focus will be on both maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners while recruiting and enabling new ones.
You'll educate partners on Enphase's technology and value propositions, empowering them to effectively sell our solutions and achieve shared revenue and profit goals.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales management, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth
* Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive Enphase's revenue and market share in partner accounts.
* Negotiate supply agreements, launch new products, and manage day-to-day business activities.
Partner Development
* Identify, recruit, and enable new partners.
* Educate them on Enphase's technology and business benefits to ensure mutual success in meeting revenue targets.
Account Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
* Provide product training, support co-marketing efforts, and assist with demand generation campaigns.
Territory Planning
* Effectively plan and manage your territory.
* Accurate forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to align with corporate and regional growth objectives.
Analyze and Forecast
* Develop forecasts for each account by analyzing historical sales data and partner-provided information.
* Combined with competitive and market insights.
Collaborative Execution
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of strategies.
* Enhance the customer experience and drive long-term success for both Enphase and its partners.
Requirements
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in a high-tech industry.
* Sales experience in Solar and ideally within EVSE industry.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
* Fluent in Italian (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
* Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
