For our Sales Team we are looking for a new Key Account Manager (f/m/d) in Italy for the Adriatic area in the Foodservice sector.

YOUR MISSION
With a deep understanding of FMCG and knowledge of Foodservice customers, you will participate in the development of the overall business strategy to achieve company objectives and contribute to our annual business plan.
* In your daily business, you will support the existing and potential customer base to further develop the FRoSTA brand and gain market share in Italy, being their primary point of contact and building long-term relationships.
* You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and respond to customer requests and needs to resolve issues, including product orders or payment issues.
* The negotiation and definition of sales agreements with customers, in line with economic objectives, and supervision of the implementation of agreements will also be in your hands.
* Your customers will rely on your forecast plan for each SKU, your management of the P&L targets, and your monitoring and analysis of customer and competitor trends.
WHAT YOU BRING
* You hold a university degree or high school diploma.
* You live in the addressed area.
* Knowledge of Italian or Central European trade, or a desire to use existing experience and know-how to design the processes for the market in Italy.
* You show a strong interest in modern sales, food, and sustainability issues, along with a high motivation for success.
* You speak and write English and Italian fluently.
* You demonstrate a high level of commitment and strong ambition to achieve goals, as well as a strong analytical mind.
* You are available for travel.
* You exhibit strong negotiation skills, and your approach is results-driven.
