Nature and aim of the positionIt is a field sales position responsible to manage the customer’s portfolio assigned with the main objective to create all the preconditions for the stores to deliver the best performance.Main duties and responsibilitiesImprove client’s knowledge and expertise with our services by providing trainings to client's staffOffer intensive support including product instructions.Constant communication with customers to increase the level of meeting their needs and satisfying expectationsProactive development and management of business relationships at store level Achieve sales targets taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expectedAction plans and in-Store visits in line with the company’s strategyProcessing and presentation of business statistics and insightsGuarantee the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans and activities, according to the defined planDeliver to the stores the activities have been agreed with the customerDocument in CRM all client’s specific information and activity done.Reporting and collaborationLine manager Sales OrganizationBackground and EducationUniversity degree is a plus1 - 2 years’ sales experienceTrade Marketing background and Services or Retail field knowledge will be a plusAnalytical and planning capabilityGood Communication and influencing skillsCustomer service orientationGood English knowledgeSpecific skills and knowledgeGood customer orientation.Ability to create personal relationshipProblem solving attitudeBasic knowledge of MS Office products
