We are looking for
a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
1. FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract
signature, at least for the first year
2. Research and prospect for new clients in the DACH region
3. Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
4. Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
5. Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
6. Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
7. Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
8. Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary
9. Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
10. Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
11. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications
12. You have a native level of German + a good level of English (both written and spoken)
13. You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performer SDR
14. “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
15. Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
16. Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
17. Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
