Job Description
1. You will manage client engagement functions and serve as central contact to major clients, assisting with analysis and advising on best practices for competitive benchmarking, client targeting and performance evaluation
2. You will understand our client base and strengthen the relationship through supporting, training and strategic dialogue with important users and contacts
3. Identify opportunities to increase the footprint of the product throughout all covered clients
4. Identify issues and potential concerns in the relationship and work to rectify these (with sales, client relations, development, IT, and other products)
5. Follow the market dynamics and share vision with clients and prospects
6. Help maximize product usage with all clients and promote additional functionalities and upgrades
7. Work with presales, consultants, and development team for new client enhancements and new feature requests.
8. Develop efficient internal and client communication mechanisms and any other areas contributing to overall client service.
Qualifications
9. Degree level, including economic, statistical, accounting, financial or mathematical elements
10. 5+ years experience in client-server sales environment in the Financial Services company sector, including Banks, Finance Houses, Insurances
11. Strategic focus.
12. Establishment use of internal and external relationships
13. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
14. English and Italian fluent
