This role involves regularly ensuring that store layouts, displays, and space utilization are aligned with brand standards, effectively attracting target customers and driving sales.Your main responsibilitiesDeveloping visual guidelines and establish an implementation timeline.Overseeing execution, providing timely feedback and communicating all necessary requirements to HQ.Working closely with sales teams to ensure optimal stock levels and the right product mixPartnering with store staff to align visual displays with current business trends, ensuring key products are highlighted and showcased effectively.Training sales staff on proper product display techniques, transferring visual guidelines and best practices for handling merchandise.Provide VM support for new openings, showrooms, trade shows and events.Requirements5 years of experience in visual merchandising roleStrong market awarenessAbility to manage priorities and deadlinesFluency in EnglishWilling to travel for 50% of the timePassion for outdoorSounds interesting?Apply now!
