We are looking for a highly motivated retail professional to manage our Store in Serravalle.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the team to achieve ambitious sales targets and excel in customer service while supporting Client Development objectives to increase loyalty, retention and generate new business.
* Set targets and lead team to achieve sales growth and improvements in level of service.
* Propose challenges to the team to motivate them to reach their targets.
* Set actions plan to achieve monthly/annual target while reinforcing sales techniques toward the team.
* Coach the team to become experts in our product and to deliver ultimate levels of service.
* Minimize loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed.
* Ensure provision of a safe working environment to ensure staff and customer wellbeing.
* Coordinate all policies and procedures for stock management and deliveries.
* Manage client experience ensuring highest standards are met.
* Daily monitored of KPIs and sales results. Track sales performance through weekly and ad-hoc reporting.
* Establish a training and development program to support team growth and progression.
* Develop relationships with our VIP clients thanks to your personal network and professional social media activity (We Chat, Instagram, Facebook, What's app).
* Constantly maintain the visuals guidelines and standards of presentation.
* Prepare and monitor rolling inventory and annual fiscal inventory.
* Report activity with qualitative comments and set action plans if needed.
* Work closely with retail management to ensure client needs are met through all critical functional activities.
* Analyze CRM information to understand client data and build communication campaigns.
* Prepare client lists and help implement clientelling actions.
* Perform client insights / analysis and propose specific actions plans to improve performance.
Profile:
* Experience for more than 5 years as Store Manager. An experience at Serravalle would be ideal.
* Leader with the ability to direct, inspire and motivate a team to reach targets.
* Experienced in dealing with and resolving employment relations issues.
* Client centric and focused on exceptional service standards.
* Driven with a strong work ethic and professionalism.
* Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
* Must be energetic, self-motivated and organized.
* Must have a strong Fashion knowledge.
* Fluent in Italian and English. A third language would be appreciated (Russian, Chinese, Korean, Arabic).
* Flexible with working hours.
