We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner Account Manager to join our team and help accelerate the success & growth of the partner ecosystem. Position Overview: The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key managed partners. The PAM will drive revenue and expand the coverage of Juniper’s partner community. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to partnership development and account management. You will be working closely with internal sales teams, marketing, and external partners to achieve mutual business goals. Responsibilities: Manage and drive sell-through and managed services sales engagements with Key Service Provider Customers. Develop strong executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process. Demonstrate business and sales leadership by building mutually beneficial relationships with key customers. Generate Service Provider business opportunity pipeline and manage the sales process through to closure of the sale. Select the best products and solutions for the customer's needs, maximizing value for both the customer and Juniper Networks. Accurately forecast the business. Meet the quarterly quota. Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate the following credentials: Understanding of Telco Sell-through industry, network architectures, and terminology. Minimum 8-10 years sales experience selling to Service Providers in Italy. Exceeding quota sales experience, selling networking solutions directly to Enterprise & Service Providers Market in Italy. A proven track record of quota achievement. Experience in closing large deals. Excellent presentation skills to executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sales Experience with Fastweb, Vodafone, and TIM is a plus. Good understanding of networking is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse, multicultural team. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and under pressure. Strong communications skills; ability to clearly articulate findings in written and verbal communications targeting different audiences: technical and non-technical, staff and management.
