Build and develop the most talented AM team to win the market in Palermo. (BASED IN PALERMO)
THE JOURNEY
11. Have full responsibility and own 360º the business of Top Partners in the Area (more than 70 cities)..
12. Lead a team of 5+ talented people to greatness.
13. Define and pursue the long-term strategy for the Area in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations.
14. Monitor and analyze all relevant KPIs to track progress towards defined targets and find ways to improve the service.
15. Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city.
16. Stay up to date with market and competitive developments.
17. Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude.
18. Contribute actively to the teams’ development and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make the difference
19. Generate best practices and processes which can be replicated across all areas
20. Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
21. You have a solid experience in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
22. Relevant experience leading cross functional teams with 5+ people
23. A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
24. You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
25. You've got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach.
26. You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding on new topics.
27. You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking.
28. You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
29. You are always respectful, kind and fair. All of your current and former reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader
