KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing sales in the area by maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers and, when necessary, expanding the customer base.
- Directly managing major accounts, working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and optimal customer service.
- Creating and executing a sales plan, providing accurate and detailed market and sales forecasts, and overseeing commercial and operational budgets.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to achieve performance targets and foster a high-performing culture.
- Implementing and optimizing the use of CRM tools to enhance sales effectiveness and customer relationship management.
- Contributing to portfolio, pricing, go-to-market, communication, and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinating with key internal departments, including Customer Service, Marketing, Safety & Quality, Communication, Finance, and Human Resources, to support business operations and management initiatives.
