About this role: We are seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our We Uni product roadmap. You will be the central point of collaboration, working closely with designers, data scientists, developers, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional student-focused products. Your core responsibilities will revolve around: Driving We Uni's strategic product vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and deeply understanding user needs. Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through development, launch, and iteration, utilizing Agile and Lean methodologies. Leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Gathering and analyzing user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to inform data-driven product decisions and optimize outcomes. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Conducting A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product performance and user experience. Communicating product vision, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organization. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital, online, or product-driven company, ideally with a direct-to-consumer model. Strong understanding of Agile and Lean product development principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset. A passion for building exceptional user experiences. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience working with designers, developers and marketing teams. What next?
