Senior Video Sales Specialist
An established industry expert in Streaming TV and a crucial contributor to the success of Streaming TV advertising solutions spanning across Prime Video, Twitch, and Online Video.
The Senior Video Sales Specialist partners across multiple teams including product, business, sales, and finance to deliver scaled sales strategies and direct customer support.
They will support all video products, develop sales packages, and play an enablement role with the broader Sales team. They are sought-after partners and brought as needed to close business with high-value customers often focusing on delivering short-term progress against specific accounts with pre-identified adoption challenges.

Key Job Responsibilities
* Delivering the highest level of sales and customer service to clients.
* Scaling video GTM strategies across LCS.
* Developing and implementing bespoke industry strategies within assigned verticals.
* Service and operations team engagement as it pertains to new and emerging products.
* Partnering with LCS and Vertical Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes.
* Representing Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive Upfront and annual commitments.
Requirements
* Extensive years of B2B sales experience.
* Extensive years of digital advertising experience.
* Some years of experience in Streaming TV sales and/or business development.
* Experience managing internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, and Product groups.
* Experience building and deploying GTM strategies with an emphasis on packaging, positioning, and messaging.
* Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue with a focus on delivering long-term customer-driven outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) including the ability to present complex topics both in person over the phone and through concise document writing.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Advanced level of English and Spanish.
* Experience working directly with product teams.
* Developing product and sales strategies that uniquely position products in market.
* Deep relationships within the advertising industry.
* Experience negotiating Video Upfronts at agency and Brand level.
* Experience selling nascent products and/or services.
* Experience dealing with results metrics and data management and a desire to create and build new processes.
* Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
* Experience generating and delivering big ideas that deliver new ad revenue streams.
