As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for Weebora by overseeing leads and nurturing partnerships with padel clubs, academies, influencers, and brands. Your responsibilities will include implementing partnership agreements, creating a strong affiliation program, and supporting Weebora's mission to expand globally within the padel market.
Responsibilities
Lead Management:
* Identify, manage, and cultivate relationships with leads from padel clubs, academies, instructors, and brands.
* Foster strong connections with stakeholders to facilitate successful partnership conversions.
Partnership Execution:
* Supervise the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring they provide value to all involved parties.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of programs.
Affiliation Program Development:
* Design and oversee an affiliation program that includes padel clubs, academies, influencers, brands, and instructors.
* Monitor and enhance the performance of affiliation initiatives.
Revenue Growth:
* Convert partnerships into quantifiable revenue sources.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue objectives are achieved or surpassed.
Market Research & Insights:
* Keep abreast of emerging trends and developments within the padel industry.
* Deliver insights that shape Weebora's strategic initiatives and product offerings.
Sales Reporting:
* Generate and present regular reports detailing sales performance, lead advancement, and partnership results.
Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
* Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and meeting sales objectives.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Prior experience in the padel, sports, or travel industries.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and experience in managing affiliate programs.
* Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English, Spanish, and Italian, is advantageous.
Passion for Padel:
* Strong understanding and enthusiasm for padel and its surrounding ecosystem.
Experience:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the sports, travel, or leisure sectors.
* Driven, results-focused, and capable of working autonomously.
* Skilled in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
