Siamo alla ricerca del Direttore Vendite Italia che dovrà gestire sia clienti globali che locali.ResponsabilitàManage P&L of the Italian company;Plan and supervise commercial activities and establish priorities;Cooperate with the Board in order to establish KPIs;Define and implement successful business strategies, in order to support business growth, through sales promotion activities, directly dealing and negotiating with strategic customers;Liaise with all the other company functions, that are operations and warehousing, finance, customer service, purchasing and back office;Define short, medium and long-term business strategies for all product lines and brands within the company portfolio, in accordance with Group policies;Set and control budgets and optimize expenses where possible, ensuring the achievement of profit;Prepare regular reports for the Board;Ensure the successful project management processes, aiming to meet client expectation;Demonstrate strong leadership skills through supervision, collaboration, coaching and mentoring of the human capital;Look to the future of the business and promote investment recommendations;Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships, for the plastic division in particular, suggesting and validating changes and implementing best practices.Grow and develop in the next role of MD of the Italian business.Cosa CerchiamoLaurea con ottimi voti; MBA or advanced degree is desirable;Proven experience in a sales management position within the consumer goods / food manufacturing or food industry with operational, commercial or procurement background;Strategic mindset and strong leadership skills;Strong ability in working relationships (colleagues, clients and suppliers);Goal oriented, high achiever and strong analytical skills;Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills;Potentiality to grow in a senior role to be appointed MD of the Italian entityFluency in English and Italian.
