About the Company - Randstad Italy SpA is seeking a Product Manager for the GTM (Go-To-Market) on behalf of our client, a multinational company leading the TelCo sector.
GTM Specialist in a nutshell GTM (Go-To-Market) is a central figure in the organization, as it is responsible for the commercialization of the products and all Product Management activities. GTM works across all other departments, and is a key area of the company. GTM department is based on a matrix organization (Business Units vs Product lines).

Qualifications and required skills
* Bachelor's degree or above;
* Fluent knowledge of Italian, Chinese and English;
* Effective and proven communication and interpersonal skills;
* Excellent time management, organization and project prioritization skills;
* Strong analytical skill, and patience to solve the problem;
* Good teamwork attitude, eagerness to learn and grow;
* Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment;
* Advanced MS-Office skills.
Pay range and compensation package - Depend on profile and candidate’s experience
Type of contract: one year, with the possibility of extension

About the Role - The position will work closely with the Senior GTM Manager and will support in the following activities:
Market Analysis – Competition and demand insight
* Channel partners insight – Analysis and management of partners’ requirements
* Strategic product-to-channel analysis based on competition analysis
Data analysis – Monitor sales data to drive actions
* Align market strategy, keep track of competitors actions, create/track product SOP plan (Sales & Operations plan)
* Assist manager to adjust 4P strategy (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion)
Bidding project management
Business support
* Monitor sales trend (PSI), report risks (such as inventory risk) and find solutions
* Frequently track competitors’ actions and develop plans based on their actions
* Assist managing contracts/agreements
