Healthcare Informatics Sales Specialist CI&I (Clinical Integrations & Insights)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Informatics Sales Specialist to promote our CI&I solutions portfolio and provide expert clinical and technical support to sales teams in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece) zones.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Promote CI&I solutions through customer visits, seminars, and trade shows.
* Provide clinical and technical expertise to support sales, drive business results, and ensure deal success.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to advise customers on product innovations, upgrades, and configurations.
* Assist in sales presentations, tender processes, and competitive positioning strategies.
* Contribute to business policy, pricing strategy, and product implementation in line with regional guidelines.
* Support market growth through installed base programs, sales planning, and funnel management.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
* Ensure customer satisfaction, timely support, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent combination of professional experience and studies.
* Strong background in healthcare and IT environments, ideally with experience in acute care informatics solutions or HIS (Hospital Information System)/EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
* Solid understanding of healthcare procurement processes, funding structures, and competitive landscapes.
* Experience developing strategic relationships with vendors and partners to enhance solution offerings.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and position solutions effectively.
* Strong technical acumen to act as a knowledge expert, understanding the full value and functionality of informatics solutions.
* Ability to align portfolio offerings with customer needs, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
* Collaborative approach, working independently while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
* Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local languages: Italian and Spanish.
* Availability to travel 50-70% of the time across the zones.
