We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Italy, specifically in Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia.
You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.
Key requirements include speaking Italian and English fluently, having the right to work in Italy, and living close to one of our offices in Giardini Naxos - Olbia or Vibo Marina. If you meet these criteria, please keep reading.

About You
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Italian & English are required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
* Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
* Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable.
* Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday).
* Able to solve problems independently and adapt quickly to new skills.
* A collaborative and great team player.
* Ability to prioritize in day-by-day workload.
About The Job
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.
* Managing all reservations in detail and ensuring suppliers receive them on time.
* Monitoring that the terms and conditions of excursions meet quality and operations standards agreed.
* Overseeing Operation during excursion day.
* Loading all bookings into the system.
* Gathering information in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
* Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers to optimize costs and load factor.
* Loading pick up times into the system.
* Solving daily operational incidents to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.
* Liaising & negotiating with suppliers to solve problems.
* Valuating & closing excursions according to timelines & accounting needs.
* Collaborating with colleagues in other teams & supporting operations in other areas of Italy.
* Offering full experience as a local expert to the delivery team.
* Pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets.
* Assisting our suppliers/clients when on the spot through the emergency line, guide contracting.
