We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for a leading e-commerce, logistics, and cloud services company. The role focuses on managing and expanding the Pickup network in Italy while driving business growth through new commercial relationships. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the Pickup network in Italy, working with existing partners and converting new leads into opportunities Drive Pickup Locations CX to ensure best-in-class experience, service, and convenience Interact with small businesses to contribute to division growth through new commercial relationships Manage offline Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners to increase awareness and utilization Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports using Excel and other analytical tools Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and operational background with advanced Excel and data analysis skills Superior communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment Experience in strategic thinking and creative problem-solving Fluency in both English and Italian (English will be the primary business language) Experience in all phases of account management including prospecting, acquisition, integration, and retention of partners Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in IT/network roll-outs or similar projects Track record in stakeholder management Experience in e-commerce or logistics sectors The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytically minded, and capable of building strong relationships while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. vetrinabakeca
