RINA is currently recruiting for a System Engineer to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Certification Digital Development Division.
Mission
The ideal candidate will support the business in managing and developing the IT tools and programs adopted by the commercial, technical, and administrative functions, also through the adoption of the Salesforce platform.
Key Accountabilities
1. Collecting the business user requirements satisfying the stakeholders and compliance needs
2. Gaining business and compliance approval
3. Negotiating priorities with IT PMs and defining development planning
4. Managing the User Acceptance Test phase involving the users and IT PMs as necessary
5. Training and supporting business users in using tools and programs and adopting the new digital solutions
6. Supporting the Service Desk in identifying problems and solutions
7. Configuring standard and custom profiles, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce platform
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Qualifications
1. Experience of IT project management application design and development activities (demand management)
2. Experience in configuring Salesforce Field Service product and APP (standard and custom configuration of profiling, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, reports, and dashboards)
3. Appreciated knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
4. Nice to have Salesforce Certifications: (e.g. administrator, APP builder)
5. English B2 or higher
6. Nice to have knowledge of agile methodology
