Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to strengthen our strategic client relationships, develop and grow our strategic clients & partnerships, and serve as a valuable resource and point of contact to provide high-quality end-to-end service.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with strategic advertisers and agencies, lead internal projects, and leverage your expertise to enhance the level of service towards and satisfaction of our Premium advertisers.
About the Role
You will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic Italian advertisers, focusing on performance or brand awareness KPIs, and working closely with direct advertisers and premium agencies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Book of Business Management: Serve clients according to importance and potential within your portfolio, identifying opportunities to scale, roll out new products, and meet client needs.
* Account Insights and Strategy: Analyze and create custom reports and actionable insights for clients to support account growth.
* Client Education and Proactive Consultation: Ensure clients follow best practices, maximize opportunities, and achieve account success on the platform.
* Campaign Management: Track, target, set spending caps, pace, optimize performance, and upsell/cross-sell new features and international account expansion.
* Client Meetings and QBRs: Conduct quarterly business review meetings with key clients, ranging from day-to-day contacts to C-level executives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* +5 years of experience in results-driven customer-facing roles in Digital Marketing.
* Knowledge of KPI-based campaign/client management and optimization towards hitting ROI & CPA targets.
* Understanding of the Ad Tech industry and Media Agencies landscape.
* Familiarity with managing a portfolio of clients, prioritization, and farming growth based on potential.
* Strong analytical skills, monitoring trends in data, generating actionable insight, and reporting.
* Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills.
* Excellent technological skills or ability to quickly learn technical aspects supporting campaigns' successful implementation and optimization.
* Willingness to travel for business and fluency in both English and Italian.
