Responsibilities

* Maintain existing business partnerships and ensure their continued growth.
* Think critically when planning to assure project success and implement effective strategies.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions in Italy, building brand awareness and establishing valuable industry connections.
* Design and implement tailored sales strategies for the Italian market, aligning with local customs and regulations to maximize outreach and conversion.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the crypto and web3 industries.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and negotiation.
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies, with a focus on driving business growth.
* Focused and goal-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
