3. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
4. Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
5. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients
6. Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
7. Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
8. Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
9. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
10. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
11. Managing the sales process through CRM
12. Building and maintaining a CRM database
13. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
14. Support back office sales team
15. Attending direct clients: information, booking & ticketing
16. Keep records of client transactions
17. Delivering reports and presentations
18. Participating in sales team meetings
