A Day in the Life
The Therapy Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling and implementing the Patient Monitoring products and solutions to Medtronic customers and prospects with an enhanced focus on clinical and outcome based benefits of our solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for those who have a team mindset of working together within Medtronic peers in the Lombardia Region. You will work together with Account Managers and Operating Units to develop and grow the Medtronic Patient Monitoring products and solutions. This role is fully remote with travel required around the three regions and occasionally to the Medtronic Offices in Milan.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Promote and sell Patient Monitoring’s related products with a focus on McGrath Videolaryngoscopy, Capnography, BIS, INVOS, NOL and HEATHCAST technologies in close collaboration with the PM Account Managers in Lombardia Region.
* Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with relevant (clinical) stakeholders, KOL and local Ad Boards and societies in close collaboration with Account Managers.
* Pursue leads, assessing needs and providing product services and training to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
* Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities.
* Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical sales with a proven track record of success.
* Good understanding of the patient pathway and strong knowledge of the Healthcare Sector.
* An advanced Degree and Computer Skills.
* Problem solving and assertive communication. Excellent presentation skills.
* Good level of English.
