Business Development and Key Account Manager
Alibaba is looking for a local Chinese BD & Key Account Manager to manage our Italy sellers operations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Business expansion: prospect new local Chinese business leads and onboard new strategic accounts in Italy.
2. Selection strategy and cost-reduction operations: analyze market demand for FMCG, forecast sales volume before negotiating price/stock with key accounts, and continuously improve the fulfillment cost efficiency in collaborating with the logistics department.
3. Promotion operations: collaborate with internal/external campaign teams to drive visibility and push sales of managed accounts by participation in promotions, SEO, and external traffic attraction.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (MBA is a plus), fluent in Chinese, Italian, and English business communications.
2. 3+ years of relevant experience in business development or Key Account management for an e-commerce company.
3. Experience building commercial relationships and negotiating with suppliers.
4. Results-driven with proven sales results.
5. Good communication skills (both written and verbal), teamwork spirit, resilient, start-up mindset, and capable of thriving in dynamic and changing environments.
6. Well-structured, meticulous, ambitious, and insisting on the highest standards.
