They specialise in innovative renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on Commercial Industrial (CI) cooling and heat pump solutions within the energy efficiency sector.
As part of their ambitious expansion in Europe, my client is seeking aSales Managerto drive the commercial development ofCI cold and heat pump projectsin Italy. This role will report directly to the Italy Chief Commercial Officer and will focus on identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and leading project negotiations while also performing quick pre-feasibility studies.Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the company’sCommercial Strategywithin theCI cooling and heat pumpsector.
Proactively identify business opportunities, establish commercial relationships, and engage with potential clients and partners.
Conducttechnical-commercial visitsand assess project feasibility based on technical and financial parameters.
Develop tailoredcooling and heat pump solutionsin collaboration with the Operations Department and prepare compelling technical-economic proposals.
Present proposals to clients and lead contract negotiations to secure successful project agreements.
Independently perform pre-feasibility studiesusing technical expertise or through a network of equipment providers and installers.
Requirements:
Engineering or technical academic background.
5 - 10 years of technical-commercial experiencein industrial service companies (engineering firms, energy audit companies, Energy Service Companies, equipment manufacturers, etc.).
Strong knowledge of CI cooling and heat pump solutions(essential).
Familiarity withHVAC, lighting, and compressed airsolutions is a plus but not the main focus.
Other energy efficiency solutions such asCHP, biomass, and PV are not within the scopeof this role.
A strongnetwork of equipment providers and installersis highly valued.
Proactive, autonomous, and commercially driven, with excellent client engagement skills.
