How you will contribute
* Develop and maintain the ecommerce project roadmap, aligning with business goals and priorities
* Identify key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for various ecommerce initiatives
* Lead and manage multiple ecommerce projects from inception to completion
* Define project scope, requirements, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with other key stakeholders
* Work closely with IT, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce projects as well as collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed
* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
* Ensure all ecommerce projects meet quality standards and deliver a superior user experience
* Generate detailed project reports and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
Who you are
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, IT or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in similar role
* Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex ecommerce projects
* Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices
* Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
* An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
* Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and respect for deadlines
* A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholders and build strong relationships
