Job Description:
We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage store operations, including supervising employees and maintaining a safe and secure environment
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
* Train and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* Monitor and control expenses to meet financial targets
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements:
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* 2+ years of retail or management experience
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
