About HY Solar
We are a N-type zero carbon industry chain integrator with a strong focus on our global Solar Module business. As part of this, we are seeking ambitious and confident team members to join our sales team.
Job Responsibilities
* Analyze the market in the Italian region and develop an effective sales and marketing strategy;
* Establish relationships with local companies through your professional network to identify and evaluate distributed and utility-scale project opportunities;
* Manage key client accounts in the region by standardizing and negotiating module sales, meeting agreed-upon annual targets;
* Foster partnerships with developers, EPC companies, real estate firms, and other businesses that can provide project pipelines;
* Develop and manage project forecasts in collaboration with team members and stakeholders;
* Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, necessary documentation, and presentations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics (Master's preferred);
* At least 5+ years of experience in solar PV or managing key clients (desired);
* Excellent English language skills for oral and written communication;
* Strong understanding of energy systems, including basic modules and conventional installation and interconnection methods;
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics and systems effectively.
