This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and boosting network strategy and sales performance in the Italian market.
The ideal candidate will focus on expanding existing business, securing new opportunities, and converting leads into clients in their assigned portfolio.
They will actively contribute to the Western Hub's broader commercial initiatives, working within a fast-paced environment at one of the world's leading fashion brands.
Main Responsibilities:
* Reach sales targets and goals for the assigned area.
* Establish, grow and maintain a customer base for the assigned area.
* Actively prospect new customers to widen business and distribution in line with the company's strategy.
* Set up showrooms for each campaign (four times per year) and present and sell collections to customers.
* Maintain brand integrity and standards by ensuring product distribution aligns with image, position and tiering adequacy.
* Collect and analyze sell-out reports to identify opportunities and influence future forecasts.
* Guarantee effective visit planning to achieve KPIs in terms of frequency of visits per store, brand visibility in store and sell-out per store.
* Ensure stock levels are adequate in the POS of the assigned territory and support stock management administration processes.
* Ensure Hugo Boss in-store and digital guidelines are met.
* Support Team Lead and WHS Coordinator with planning and forecast processes.
* Optimize brand presence in stores by securing the best space (size and visibility).
* Prioritize customer service, follow through on orders and deliveries, and provide support to Credit and Customer Service teams.
* Build strong external and internal relationships.
* Collect customer feedback and market research to stay up-to-date with products and competitors, sharing insights with HUB and AG teams.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of sales experience, business development and brand-focused projects, particularly with large, multi-national organizations.
* The ability to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and client retention objectives.
* Extensive go-to-market expertise, with a keen understanding of industry and market dynamics.
* Exceptional analytical, conceptual and presentation abilities.
* Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
* A team player with good organizational and time management skills.
* An extensive Fashion & Apparel background.
* A very good level of English, both oral and written.
* A valid driving license is mandatory.
