Job Title: Vice Store Manager
The Vice Store Manager will join a leading group in the commercial catering and fast food sector, present in major airports, railway stations and service areas across the country. The role reports directly to the Store Manager and aims to achieve the budget set goals and ensure the correct application of all activities for the optimal functioning of the store.
Main Activities:
* Gestione dei rapporti con la clientela secondo gli standard aziendali;
* Promozione e sviluppo delle attività di Cross Selling e vendita assistita;
* Promozione di iniziative legate al miglioramento delle performance del locale;
* Monitoraggio e controllo costante degli indicatori di produttività del locale (vendite, costo venduto, costi gestionali);
* Gestione dei turni di lavoro, training e supervisione del team;
* Restituzione di fb costanti e puntuali alle risorse di staff.
To perform their duties, the ideal candidate must be a serious and precise person, empathetic, charismatic, attentive to the needs of their team and customers, with excellent leadership and communication skills, and oriented towards working towards objectives.
Required Experience: At least 2 years of experience in supervising or managing restaurants, preferably within semi-structured groups of commercial catering or large-scale distribution organizations.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, on shifts of 8 hours each, with daytime work schedules.
