Position: The Area Manager is responsible for ensuring the respect of the budget (hours and products) for assigned contracts, managing human resources, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations. They will also develop and manage the commercial division 'Clean' in the Triveneto area (Padova, Mestre, Treviso). Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and plan operational activities for clients and staff. Organize replacements and shifts, including managing itinerant personnel. Supervise and support operational and mandatory training. Conduct site inspections and provide technical consultancy. Develop new business opportunities. Pre-sales activities and prospecting for new clients. Manage and organize the budget. Start new projects and coordinate operational staff. Requirements: Technical diploma preferred. Mandatory experience in the cleaning sector of at least 3-5 years. Excellent decision-making and operational/strategic problem-solving skills. Autonomy and organizational flexibility. Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills. Ability to analyze and focus on budget management. Precision and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information: Direct employment with CCNL multiservizi. Gross annual salary: €30,000 - €35,000 + MBO. Full-time work schedule. Work location: Cadoneghe (PD).
