Job Title and Role Purpose:
The Junior Customer Care Assistant - Assistente Commerciale will support the commercial activities of {company}, focusing on sales, customer service, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual requirements;
* Support order analysis, highlighting critical issues and areas for improvement to ensure successful completion in accordance with commercial agreements and contracts;
* Interact with Area Managers and clients to provide order status updates and support in resolving issues or concerns;
* Handle commercial, contractual, and administrative matters related to direct sales (National, EU, and EXTRA-UE) by coordinating with the responsible manager, administration, and general affairs to identify the best solution;
* Support the Customer Service function in managing the help desk, post-sales contracts, offers, and replacement parts and assistance towards direct clients;
* Provide support to quality assurance by collecting customer satisfaction data and serving as the first point of contact to guarantee it;
* Maintain proactive and fruitful relationships with various internal departments, particularly those involved in sales order management and execution;
* Support the reference team and Commercial and Marketing Direction in managing visits and events;
Required Skills:
* Degree or diploma matching the role;
* Previous experience of 3 years in similar roles;
* Excellent English language skills;
* Knowledge of customs and contract aspects for national and international sales;
* Knowledge of payment methods, letters of credit, exports;
* Knowledge of advanced ERP systems (preferably INFOR);
* Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Client orientation, product, and service quality; personal relationship predisposition;
* Precision and problem-solving skills;

Workplace Conditions:

• Remuneration package: The offer is aimed at junior figures with experience between 2 and 3 years in the relevant sector. The salary will be adjusted during the interview process, starting from a base between €25,000 and €28,000;
