Job Summary: Achieve assigned territory sales plan, drive business expansion in Research market, and work with colleagues to reach targets.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve agreed sales target.
• Drive business expansion in Research market and NPI launch.
• Work in collaboration with colleagues and manager to achieve targets.
• Maintain updated territory & actions plan; anticipate pipeline changes to address shortfalls.
• Set up and undertake sophisticated action plan. Review strategy efficiency on a continual basis.
• Maintain high level of knowledge in all specific business aspects (technical, market, competitions, applications).
• Consistently and accurately sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking, through the use of our customer relationship management program and other designated IT tools.
• Build up reference sites and positive interaction with most important Key Opinion Leaders.
Qualification / Experience Required:
• Academic degree (minimum MSc) in biology / life sciences field.
• Experience in QPCR technology is preferred.
• Sales Experience in Research field is preferred.
• Oriented to develop and implement strategies that drive growth.
• Able to undertake frequent travel across area.
• Good skills in English, written and spoken.
• Base preferred: Roma.
• Virtual selling experience optional.
