Job Responsibilities
Within the area of Large Credit Underwriting, the position will provide the opportunity to a highly motivated and experienced colleague to be part of a skilled team which is the sole CRO Group Center of Competence for all Structured Finance-Special Products Transactions of UniCredit Group.
Transactions/products include:
1. All types of Securitisations (customer-related and UCG-own transactions, ABS, MBS, CLO, etc.)
2. Structured Working Capital Solutions
3. Structured Credit Products
4. Non-recourse Margin Lending
5. Repackaging Transactions via Multi-Purpose Vehicles
6. Other transactions as per CRO allocation
Key Responsibilities
1. Analysis of new and existing SF/SP transactions in close cooperation with business units and other internal units.
2. Preparation of credit requests and presentation to the respective approval authority in accordance with assigned personal credit approval authority.
3. Setting of internal ratings and ensuring their ongoing accuracy by applying applicable rating methodologies.
4. Implementation/verification of transaction approval terms and conditions in legal documentation.
5. Authorization of credit facilities and relevant data input in the bank’s systems and subsequent monitoring.
6. Monitoring of transaction performance and compliance on an ongoing basis as well as management of assigned portfolio within portfolio guidelines and strategy.
Qualifications
1. Profound and throughout the cycle senior securitisation product and risk analysis expertise.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyse complex financial structures.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work well and cooperate with others (team player).
4. Ability to work independently and efficiently as well as to form and express own views.
5. Languages: Fluent English and Italian, orally and in writing. German beneficial but not a must.
6. IT Skills: MS Office with profound Excel/PowerBI knowledge, Intex.
