Ferrara, a leading sugar confections company, seeks an Account Manager for its Amazon Fresh/Omni Channel business. The ideal candidate will develop and execute business-driving initiatives to achieve company objectives aligned with customer goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strategic relationships with Amazon Fresh, Amazon GO, and key Omni-Channel customers
* Develop Go-To-Market plans for Omni-Channel customers
* Owning the Everyday & Seasonal process, coordinating cross-functional needs while adhering to timelines
* Developing short-term and long-term strategies to deliver profitable growth while mitigating risks
* Partnering with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to ensure Customer Service levels are met/exceeded
Requirements:
* Self-starter with ability to identify business risks & opportunities
* Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
* Ability to analyze data, develop fact-based recommendations, and create presentations
* Excellent communication, presentation, forecasting, and negotiation skills
* Strong relationship management skills with emphasis on collaboration and alignment
Qualifications:
* Minimum of bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or related experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint
* Experience in Customer/Channel Marketing; Category Management and/or Sales Operations is a plus
