Fabrick is looking for a Product Tech eCommerce to be involved in the Payment Orchestra & Hub team, focused on the enhancement and the development of digital payments acceptance. The Payments Orchestra & Hub team is responsible for building, maintaining and driving growth and adoption of Digital Payments solutions: Ecommerce acceptance, orchestration, omni-channel reconciliation and financial balancing.You will be focused on managing day-to-day opportunities to further scale and improve our digital payments solutions, this role requires both business and functional analysis and PMO skills, you will daily interact with internal and external stakeholders in order to support the development of new projects and product features. As Product Tech eCommerce you will work closely with other Fabrick teams across EU, including Product Owners and Managers, Delivery Manager, Tech Analysts and Commercial teams.Being able to interact with international teams is key, since your scope will encompass digital payments across EU.Main scope: eCommerceAnalysis of card schemes and regulatory entities requirements to ensure gateway compliance Develop new acceptance use cases & features based on merchants requirements Analysis and requirements of all gateway and orchestration projectsValidation of functional analysis according with Tech teamsActivitiesManage functional analysis and definition of the requirements document and other project related documents Perform the preparation, contribution and documentation of the analysis activities (gap analysis / preliminary analysis / detailed analysis / impact analysis)Supervise and manage the test planning, definition of test cases and related documentation, management and execution of user acceptance testingGetting hands-on experience in the day-to-day activities of payments solution by analyzing, defining and proposing enhancements to existing or new business processes, reports and applications in order to optimize business effectivenessAssist ad-hoc data requests for both internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance or in a Business-related fieldAt least 4-6 years years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or Payment industryRelevant professional experience delivering Digital Payments projects in the Large Corporate market is an assetFluency in Italian and English both written and spokenCollaborative approach and willingness to learnProven experience working effectively with people at all levels in an organization is an assetCreative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutionsStrong interest in and passion for the Payment Industry – could be broadly interested or in a specific features like new payments methods and business needs related to Large Corporate
