Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional service by assisting guests with luggage upon arrival
* Greet guests warmly and bid farewell sincerely
* Demonstrate physical agility in handling guest luggage
* Deliver luggage during check-in and retrieve it during check-out
* Ensure safe and prompt luggage handling
* Maintain the driveway and entrance area's cleanliness
* Manage delivery and storage of guests' items and baggage
* Park guests' vehicles safely in the resort's parking lot
* Monitor arrival and departure reports to anticipate guests' needs
* Familiarize yourself with room amenities and services, including IT equipment
* Adhere to Mandarin Oriental's standards and Legendary Quality Experience principles
* Perform duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English and Italian; an additional language is desirable
* A minimum of 1-year experience in a 5-star luxury hotel
* Valid Driving Licence
