We are looking for a competitive Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
2. Maintain outstanding corner condition and visual merchandising standards
3. Maintain a fully stocked corner
4. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
5. Recommend and display items that match customer needs
6. Welcome and greet customers
7. Manage point-of-sale processes
8. Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
9. Keep up to date with product information
10. Accurately describe product features and benefits
11. Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in retail sales
2. Fluency in spoken English is essential
3. Good standing
4. Organized and accurate
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Flexible
7. Clear written and verbal communication skills
8. Additional languages beneficial
9. A passion for the industry and brand is appreciated
