SENIOR SALES MANAGER – CONTEMPORARY JEWELLERY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RETAIL, E-COMMERCE & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Drive performance across our flagship store, e-commerce platform.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand consistency across channels.
- Support concession expansion and future retail growth opportunities.
- Optimise e-commerce journey, UX, and conversion.
- Take a hands-on approach to store operations, customer service, and in-store activations.
INTEGRATED COMMERCIAL STRATEGY
- Align retail, e-commerce, and wholesale for a unified and efficient approach.
- Synchronise product, pricing, and promotion across channels.
- Leverage shared data and tools for planning, forecasting, and performance.
MERCHANDISING & TRADING
- Own seasonal planning, trading actions, and sales calendar.
- React to slow-moving lines through markdowns and VM.
- Analyse sales and stock data to inform decisions.
OPERATIONS & EFFICIENCY
- Oversee daily operations across all sales channels.
- Ensure accurate stock flow, fulfilment, and coordination with production and logistics.
- Identify workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
WHOLESALE & AGENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage wholesale growth, agents, and partner relationships.
- Lead seasonal sell-in, training, and trade marketing.
- Monitor B2B performance and alignment with brand goals.
FINANCIAL & STRATEGIC OVERSIGHT
- Partner with finance on budgeting and forecasting.
- Track KPIs and contribute insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Support long-term retail and channel expansion planning.
WHO YOU ARE
- Sales leader with 4+ years in luxury retail, wholesale, or e-commerce.
- Passionate about jewellery and its connection to fashion.
- Strong in merchandising, trading, and operational execution.
- Hands-on, analytical, and collaborative.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
